The client gets a clean price. The notary deed of ownership declares full value of the apartment as paid by the client. All payments bank to bank in Bulgaria. Payment plan as follows:
- Reservation deposit Euros 3000
- First installment on signing contract 30% (inclusive of reservation deposit)
- Second installment on roof level 40%
- Third installment on receiving Act 15 30%
