The Complex is located near the Aheloy village, 22 km North of Bourgas. Located on a small cape, the property has a two-side sea front spanning 370m exposed to the South and West.

Description:
The Complex is the first development in the area. Situated on a 30 000 sq. meters land plot which is 10 meters above sea level, the development is designed to be a self contained, up market holiday resort village. It will have a total of 650 apartments in four different zones, each with its own style and atmosphere.

3. Prices the prices shown on the price list is 100% VAT inclusive and the notary deed will show the full price of the apartment
4. Payment plan Zone 1 & 2 (completed):
- 10 % upon signing the preliminary contract
- 90 % upon transferring the ownership (approximately 30days after signing the contract)
Zone 3 (completion June / July 2007 at the present moment finishing works are in progress)
- 10 % upon signing the preliminary contract
- 90 % upon transferring the ownership (approximately 60days after signing the contract)
Oceanfront Zone
This is the most exclusive and high-end part of the complex. It is at the peak of the cape, right next to the small marina. It has excellent panoramic sea view. The apartments are larger, intended to appeal to higher income clients. The one-bedroom flats are spacious and the only three-bedroom apartments of the complex are located in that zone. It will be quiet and peaceful with sea views on one side and a shady park on the other.
Timing of construction: Construction began on Nov 1 2005 and the first property was transferred to a buyer in December 2006
Pool Zone
This part offers a nice view of the small yacht harbor and the bay beyond it. Thanks to a terrace style landscaping, even ground floor apartments of buildings located away from the sea front have breathtaking views. Apartments are of medium size. They are designed to generate rental income from middle class holidaymakers. The large swimming pool forms the centre piece of this zone. At the sea front, there will be a welcoming restaurant, an intimate pool bar and a normal bar with outside tables overlooking the yacht harbor. Small cafes are located on passageways leading to the pool. The zone will be lively and probably a bit noisy. So, in all apartments in that zone, bedrooms are facing the back and only the living room is facing the pool.
Timing of construction: released in September 2006 – sold out by December 2006. Conveyance is taking place between January and May 2007.
Small Oceanfront Zone
The upper part of the complex will have a building right at the sea front, with excellent views of the bay area and the yacht harbor. The apartments there will be mainly one-bedroom ones of high quality. Behind this building will be the commercial (Hills) area with a large park.
Timing of construction: Construction works started in October 2006. Currently, construction works there have reached level 4 in terms of concrete works. The properties are expected to be ready for delivery to clients by the end of July 2007.
Hill Zone
This area is intended to be the commercial center of the village. Located at the back of the property, there will be two buildings accommodating all the commercial and entertainment facilities (gyms and shops) on the ground floor. This part is intended to be open to the public, with limited, controlled access to the cars. On top of the shops, there will be two floors of small apartments and studios. Those would have limited or no sea view, but they are priced at around 30 000 Euros, making them very attractive for budget investors or for larger investors to include in a larger portfolio of properties for diversification purposes. The zone will have a very large park, with several bars and cafes.
