Location

The four-star condo complex “Melnik” is situated along the very entrance of the unique Bulgarian museum - town Melnik, in the immediate neighborhood of the town park and the Melnik river. The complex facade is orientated towards the town centre and the impressive sand formations called “The pyramids”.

Melnik is the smallest town in Bulgaria and on the Balkans. There live approximately 180 people.
In 1964 Melnik has been proclaimed to be a cultural and historical reserve. Since 1968 the town is an architectural reserve, including the very town of Melnik, the sand pyramids and the Rozhen monastery.
Melnik is located 180km to the south of Sofia and it is very near to Sandanski, the famous balneologic and spa resort situated at the foot of the Pirin mountain – only 24km.
There is easy access towards Melnik, road and rail transport is well developed. The international highway Sofia – Athens is only 12km away from the town. Buses run regular service to Petrich, Sandanski, Blagoevgrad and Sofia. The station Damianitsa , main route Sofia- Kulata, is 12km away from Melnik.

Description

The four-star condo complex “Melnik” is situated in the west region of Melnik. The project comprises a hotel and residential blocks covering the area of 5395 sq. m, the total building area is 9465 sq. m.
The hotel and the residential blocks represent 7 /seven/ buildings A, B, C, D, E, F and G – houses in the typical Melnik style.

A block: In the A block building will be a four-star hotel, SPA centre, swimming pools, a restaurant and an ethno tavern.
There are 12 studios and 4 apartments disposable in the hotel, 112 seats in the restaurant and 84 seats in the tavern. The cover area is 1380 sq. m and the total building area is 3450 sq. m

В, С, D, Е, F and G blocks : These blocks are residential. Represent houses in that old time style, typical for Melnik. The residential blocks include together 65 apartments and 13 studios.
The apartments are one-roomed and two-roomed comprising: an entrance- hall, a living room with a kitchenette, 1 or 2 bedrooms, a bathroom including a bath and WC seat, 1 or 2 terraces.
The studios include one room, a bathroom and a corridor. There are no terraces.
The built-up area of the residential blocks together is 1380sq. m and the total building area is 6015sq. m.
